We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return within 7 business days of delivery.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once the damage to the product has been assessed, Dichardí will refund the customer and replace the item with a piece of the same price or the same characteristics.
Returns are not accepted on personalized products or made-to-measure pieces, as they are unique and made exclusively for you.

Orders are processed within 1 to 8 business days after the purchase is confirmed.
For shipping within Bogotá, the flat rate is $14,000 COP.
For shipping to other cities in Colombia, the shipping cost will be the rate charged by the national courier service selected for your order.
Dichardí is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Some models may not be available immediately, which can extend delivery times by up to 20 days, since all our pieces are handcrafted. In these cases, production and delivery may take between 8 and 15 business days depending on the model.
