Conditions for Requesting a Return<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A product may be returned in the following cases:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the product has manufacturing defects.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the product arrived with missing pieces or parts.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the product is not fit for its intended use.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the product was previously repaired but the damage persists.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Return Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To request a return, the customer must:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Return the product in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging and accessories.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cover the cost of shipping the product back to Dichardi.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submit the request within <strong>5 business days<\/strong> of receiving the product.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Processing the Return<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Once the product has been received, Dichardi will have <strong>30 calendar days<\/strong> to resolve the request. Depending on the case, the customer may choose:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Product Exchange:<\/strong><\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The product will be exchanged for another of the same price or, if the customer prefers, for one of greater value, provided they pay the difference.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Refund:<\/strong><\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued as a second option.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to <strong>30 business days<\/strong> of confirmation.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Exceptions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The product shows damage caused by misuse or improper handling.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The deadlines or conditions described for returns have not been met.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5.
